All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
We understand that life happens, If you’re unable to attend your scheduled event -
You have two options:
You may give/sell your ticket to a friend or family member. Please email me with the updated information at buzzinblooms@gmail.com
Or, we’re happy to offer a flower arrangement or bouquet for pickup at a mutually agreed-upon time a week before or after the event.
🌿 Terms of Service (Flower Farm Events)
By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you agree to the following:
Weather Policy
Events will proceed in light rain—after all, the flowers don’t stop growing!
In the case of severe weather, we will contact you directly to reschedule your event.
Scheduling & Attendance
For You-Pick events, tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at booking.
If you need to switch time slots on the same day and availability allows, please contact us via email in advance.
Farm Safety & Accessibility
This is a working farm, and terrain may be uneven or muddy.
Please wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes only; no sandals or open-toed shoes).
The flower fields are not wheelchair accessible, but a patio area is available for guests who prefer to relax nearby.
Facilities
As a small farm, we do not have public restrooms. Please plan accordingly before arrival.
Pets Policy
While we love dogs, pets are not permitted on the property due to insurance restrictions.
Please do not bring dogs, even if they remain in your vehicle.
Admission Policy (You-Pick Events)
All guests ages 10 and older must have a paid ticket, regardless of whether they plan to pick flowers or simply visit.
